ORDER directing the Clerk to send Freeman another application to proceed in forma pauperis, along with a copy of this Order; and directing Freeman to complete and sign the in forma pauperis application, have an authorized jail official complete and sign the trust fund account statement and certificate, and return all forms to the Clerk within 14 days of the date of this Order.
