August 18, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no pdf document associated with this entry.) ORDER. Lewis' motions, Doc. Nos. #4 & #5 , are granted in part and denied in part. Lewis indicates he has not received a copy of his complaint, with an attached manuscript, or anything else from the Court related to this case. His complaint and attachment, along with a Court order and an application to proceed in forma pauperis (IFP) were mailed to Lewis on July 16, 2022. His motions are dated July 26, 2022, and August 4, 2022. He should eventually receive the legal mail sent by the Court. Because the attachment to Lewis' complaint is almost 200 pages long, the Court will not resend it at this time. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Lewis another IFP application, a copy of the Court's Order (Doc. No. #2 ), and a copy of his complaint without the attachment (Doc. No. #1 ). Lewis has until September 30, 2022, to pay the filing fee or submit a complete IFP application. His failure to do so may result in the dismissal of this case. Signed by Magistrate Judge Patricia S. Harris on 8/18/2022. (cfd)
