Plaintiff has filed a notice of his change of address, indicating that he is now incarcerated in the Arkansas Division of Correction's Ouachita River Unit. See Doc. No. #6 . Plaintiff is still required to file a complete application to proceed in forma pauperis to proceed with this case. Because he is now incarcerated at the ADC, ADC officials must complete the required certificate and calculation pages. The Clerk of Court is directed to enclose an IFP application along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff must complete and submit the enclosed IFP application within 30 days of the date of this order.
