ORDER, re 16 MOTION for Attorney Fees filed by Allandraus Carson, directing Plaintiff's counsel to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff & file a notice with the Court confirming the mailing. If Plaintiff wishes to contest the validity of th e assignment of EAJA fees & costs, he must do so by filing a response w/i 14 days of the date of the Order, stating the reason for his objection. The Commissioner is directed to file a supplemental response w/i 14 days of this Order as directed.
