ORDER, pursuant to Plaintiff seeking monetary damages & not seeking a declaration that a state statute is unconstitutional, finding that this proceeding must be stayed & administratively terminated. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT: 1. Plaintiff's claims against Mike Gibson are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, & Gibson's name is removed as a party Defendant. The Clerk is directed to stay & administratively terminate this proceeding pending final disposition of Plaintiff's criminal charges.
