INITIAL ORDER FOR PRO SE PRISONERS. Plaintiff has improperly filed a single IFP form. The Clerk is directed to send Chadwick a freeworld IFP form and Pullam a prisoner IFP form. Both applications must be completed and returned to the Clerk within thi rty days otherwise either party will be dismissed, without prejudice, from this lawsuit. The Clerk is further directed to send a calculation sheet to Allison Huckabee, Administrator of the Greene County Detention Center. Ms. Huckabee must complete th at form and return it to the Clerk within thirty days of the entry of this Order.
