August 19, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 8 ORDER granting 2 Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. Sanders custodians are directed to collect the initial partial filing fee and forward it along with future payments to the Clerk of the Court in monthly installments until the $350 filing f ee is paid in full. The Clerk of the Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Sheriff of the Mississippi County Detention Center. The Clerk of Court is directed to stay and administratively terminate this proceeding pending final resolution of Sanders' state action. The Clerk of the Court is directed to forward Sanders an in forma pauperis application with a copy of this order.
