ORDER granting #10 Motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. The Court will not assess an initial partial filing fee. Plaintiff's custodians are obligated to collect the $350 filing fee by forwarding monthly payments from Mr. Dwyer's prison trust account to the Clerk of the Court. The Clerk of Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the ADC Department of Correction Trust Fund Centralized Banking Office, the ADC Compliance Division, and the Warden of the Delta Regional Unit.
