ORDER granting #1 Plaintiff's IFP application. Plaintiff's present custodian is directed to collect monthly payments from plaintiff's institutional account and forward them to the Clerk of Court until a total of $350 has been paid. The Clerk shall mail a copy of this Order to the Jail Administrator, Poinsett County Detention Center. Service is not appropriate at this time. The Clerk shall mail plaintiff a 1983 complaint form to Plaintiff along with a copy of this Order. If Plaintiff wishes to amend his complaint, he may complete the new complaint form in its entirety, mark it as amended complaint, and file it within 30 days of the date of this Order.
