ORDER granting #1 Motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's custodian is directed to collect monthly payments from his prison trust account and forward them to the Clerk of Court until the statutory fee has been paid in full. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Warden of the Indiana Department of Correction. Broadnax's complaint fails to state a claim on which relief may be granted.
