Filing 5 APPELLATE FILING FEE NOTICE to Plaintiff. (jak) |
Filing 4 JUDGMENT consistent with #3 Order, this case is dismissed without prejudice. Signed by Judge Brian S. Miller on 9/15/2022. (jak) |
Filing 3 ORDER granting #1 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Poe's custodian is directed to withdraw the initial partial filing fee and forward that amount along with future monthly payments to the Clerk of Court until the statutory filing fee has been paid in full. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Administrator of the Sharp County Detention Facility. Poe's complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Accordingly, his complaint is dismissed without prejudice. It is recommended that this dismissal counts as a "strike" and an in forma pauperis appeal would not be taken in good faith. Signed by Judge Brian S. Miller on 9/15/2022. (jak) |
Filing 2 COMPLAINT against All Defendants, filed by Ryan Poe. (ldb) |
Filing 1 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis by Ryan Poe. (ldb) |
