ORDER granting #6 motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Danner's custodian is directed to collect an initial partial filing fee of $47.77 from Williams's institutional account and forward that amount along with future monthly payments to the Clerk of Court until the total of $350 has been paid. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to the Jail Administrator of the GCDC. Danner may proceed with his inadequate medical care claim against Defendants Burns, Foster, Duncan, Allen, and Dr. Carter. The Clerk is directed to prepare summons for these defendants and the U.S. Marshal is directed to serve the summons, #1 complaint, #5 amended complaint, and this Order on them. Danner must within 30 days either provide a valid service address for Defendant Hannah Allen or inform the Court in writing that the name of Defendant "Hannah Allen" should be corrected to "Hannah O'Neal".
