Plaintiff's custodian is directed to collect monthly payments from his prison trust account and forward them to the Clerk of Court until the filing fee of $350 has been paid. The Clerk shall forward a copy of this Order to the Administrator of the Greene County Detention Center. If plaintiff wishes to submit an amended complaint for the Court's review, he must file the amended complaint within 30 days from the date of this Order.
