Date Filed Document Text
January 24, 2023 Filing 6 Mail Returned Undeliverable as to Micah Angel re #5 Order. (fjg)
January 5, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER because Plaintiff's complaint is nonsensical, frivolous, and states no cause of action against Defendants for which relief may be granted, this case is dismissed. The #1 motion to proceed in forma pauperis is moot. Additionally, I am much inclined to impose a sanction requiring Plaintiff to pay a filing fee before initiating cases in the Eastern District of Arkansas. Accordingly, she is on notice that if she continues to proceed in the manner similar to her past, it is very likely that in forma pauperis will be denied, and she will be required to pay a filing fee before a case may proceed. Signed by Judge Billy Roy Wilson on 1/5/2023. (jak)
January 4, 2023 Filing 4 (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no pdf document associated with this entry.) NOTICE OF REASSIGNMENT. Pursuant to 3 Order, the Clerk's office has reassigned the case to Judge Billy Roy Wilson. (jak)
January 4, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 3 (This is a TEXT ENTRY ONLY. There is no pdf document associated with this entry.) ORDER. In the past, Plaintiff has filed many lawsuits in this District that were either frivolous or at least failed to state a viable claim. On December 30, 2022, Plaintiff again filed a large number of lawsuits in this District. I received two of them. Because it may be time for Plaintiff to be considered for our vexatious litigant rules, judicial efficiency, economy, and consistency counsel in favor of transferring the cases to one Judge. Accordingly, the case should be transferred to Judge Wilson. Signed by Judge Lee P. Rudofsky on 1/4/2023. (hml)
December 30, 2022 Filing 2 COMPLAINT against All Defendants, filed by Micah Angel.(jak)
December 30, 2022 Filing 1 MOTION for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis by Micah Angel. (jak)
