ORDER granting #3 motion to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff's custodian shall collect from Plaintiff's prison trust account an initial partial filing fee of $8.78 and forward that amount along with future monthly payments to the Clerk of Court until the total $350 filing fee is paid in full. The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this Order to the Warden of the McPherson Unit, the ADC Trust Fund Centralized Banking Office, and the ADC Compliance Office. If Plaintiff wishes to submit an amended complaint she must file the amended complaint consistent with the instruction in this Order within 30 days from the date of this Order.
