FINAL JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION permanently enjoining Cook and anyone acting in concert or participating with him, or at his direction or control, from the stated; awarding DISH Network L.L.C. and NagraStar LLC statutory damages in the amount of $10,000 under Count III as to Cook on the plaintiffs' claim under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2511(1)(a) and 2520; dismissing with prejudice Counts I and II; and retaining jurisdiction over this action for the purpose of enforcing the injunction granted herein.
