Nos. 8,9) as Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint; (b) add Nurse Lott, Turn Key Health as a Defendant; (c) remove Turn Key Health as a Defendant pursuant to Judge Rudofsky's July 29, 2020 order; and (d) prepare a summons for Defendant Nurse Lott. The USM is directed to serve Defendant Lott without prepayment of fees and costs or security, therefore. Plaintiff must file a "Motion for Service" within 90 days of the entry of this order.
