Filing 8 PARTIAL RECOMMENDED DISPOSITION that Plaintiff be allowed to proceed with his claims that Defendants Wright, Gilliam, Hallman, Parker, and Griffin violated the Clean Air Act and the Eighth Amendment by failing to remove black mold and harmful air particulates at the jail. All other claims in the amended complaint as well as Defendants Camp and Does be dismissed without prejudice. The Court certify, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(3), that an in forma pauperis appeal from an order adopting this recommendation would not be taken in good faith.
