January 10, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 4 INITIAL ORDER FOR PRO SE PRISONERS directing the Clerk to send Plaintiff another IFP Application, including the necessary certificate of inmate trust account and calculation sheet, along with a copy of this Order; directing Plaintiff to either: (1) pay the $402 filing fee; or (2) have an authorized jail official complete and sign both the certificate of inmate trust account and the calculation sheet, and return these signed forms to the Clerk, along with the IFP Application, providing additional information about Plaintiff's trust fund, including the value of it, and what the funds can be used for within 30 days-on or before 02/09/2023; directing the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Jail Administrator of the Pulaski County Detention Facility ("PCDF"); and directing the PCDF Jail Administrator to have an authorized PCDF official complete and sign the forms with the appropriate information from Howard's PCDF trust account and promptly return the signed and completed documents to Howard, so that he may timely file them with the Court, within the 30 day period.
