ORDER granting #1 request to proceed in forma pauperis; directing monthly payments be made from Plaintiff's prison trust account for the $350 filing fee; directing the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this Order to the Administrator of the W.C. Brassell Adult Detention Center; administratively terminating this case; allowing Mr. Davis to move to reopen this case after final disposition of his state case, including any appeal, within sixty days of that final disposition; and directing the Clerk's Office to mail Mr. Davis blank forms should he decide to pursue separate charges arising from the events described in the #3 Notice.
