Her cla im against those individuals in their official capacities for race discrimination is dismissed with prejudice. Brazil's age-discrimination claims against the ADHS is dismissed with prejudice. The Court directs the Clerk to prepare a summons for the Department, Sterling, Nelson, and Mitchell.The Court directs the U.S. Marshal to serve the summons, complaint, amended complaint, and this Order on them without prepayment of fees and costs or security.
