ORDER granting in part 23 Defendants' motions for sanctions, and ordering William Sellers to reimburse $127.56 in costs to defendants within 30 days of this order for failing to appear at his deposition. This lawsuit will be dismissed without prejudice if Sellers fails to pay the costs within 30 days of this order or if he again fails to appear for his deposition. Signed by Chief Judge Brian S.
