December 6, 2019 Filing 5 TEXT ONLY ORDER that the matter has been provisionally filed as the undersigned finds that additional information is needed to rule on Plaintiff's IFP application. Specifically the Court requires the following information: Plaintiff has indicated that his wife is employed but does not indicate whether her rate of pay is gross or net pay. Additionally, when asked for expenses, the Plaintiff provided only a few of his monthly expenses. Failing to list all of his expenses, such as the costs of insurance (home, auto, and medical), food, telephone (landline or cellular)costs, clothing expenses, credit card/loan payments, gas cost to operate his automobiles, and any outstanding medical bills could give the impression of a monthly surplus that would disqualify him as a pauper. Thus, the Plaintiff is encouraged to include all of his monthly expenses on the application. Accordingly, Plaintiff is directed to file an Amended Motion to Proceed In Forma Pauperis on or before December 30, 2019. Failure to comply within the time period specified could result in denial of the motion and/or summary dismissal for failure to obey a court order. Signed by Honorable Mark E. Ford on December 6, 2019. (cla)
