April 5, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 6 TEXT ONLY ORDER that the matter has been provisionally filed as the undersigned finds that additional information is needed to rule on Plaintiff's IFP application. Specifically the Court requires the following information: Plaintiff has indicated that she uses her "whole check" to pay her monthly expenses but has failed to provide information concerning the source and amount of said income. She has also indicated that she has approximately $5200.00 in a checking account, which she has labeled as an "MSA". The Court requires additional information regarding this account and its accessibility to the Plaintiff to pay the filing fee. Accordingly, the Plaintiff is Ordered to file an Amended IFP Application on or before April 25, 2023, providing the aforementioned information.
