Date Filed Document Text
July 17, 2023 Filing 4 TEXT ONLY ORDER directing the Clerk of Court to close the case. The Court has performed an initial screening of Plaintiff's complaint and attachments pursuant to Plaintiff's filing restriction. See Case No. 2:21-CV-2063, Doc. 45. The Court finds that the instant complaint concerns the same nucleus of fact, same causes of action, and same parties that have previously been the subject of lawsuits brought--and dismissed--by the Court. The instant complaint even goes so far as to reference three previously dismissed complaints and incorporate them by reference. See Doc., 2, p. 9. Ms. Logan is not prevented from defending herself in any lawsuit filed against her, nor is she precluded from initiating a lawsuit filed on her behalf by a licensed attorney. However, the Court will continue to screen her pro se complaints due to her frivolous, vexatious litigation history. Signed by Honorable Timothy L. Brooks on July 17, 2023. (ee)
