The Court entered an Order directing Plaintiff to Submit a complete IFP application or pay the full filing fee by 2/22/2024. This Order was not returned as undeliverable. The deadline for responding has long passed and Plaintiff has not communicated with the Court in any way. Plaintiff is given 21 days to show cause why he failed to obey the Order of the Court. February 1, 2024 Filing 6 TEXT ONLY ORDER REGARDING In Forma Pauperis Application (ECF No. 5). With his complaint, Plaintiff submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP) application. However, he failed to have the certification regarding inmate funds held in his name completed for the IFP application. For this reason, Plaintiff was directed to file a new IFP application that included the certificate of account. Plaintiff's second IFP application (ECF No. 5) does not contain the certificate of account. For this reason, the Clerk is directed to send Plaintiff a blank Prisoner IFP application. Plaintiff is given 21 days from the date of this Order to either have the certificate portion of the IFP application completed by the appropriate detention center official and return the certificate of account to the Court for review and filing or pay the 350.00 dollar filing fee and 55.00 dollar administrative fee, a total of 405.00 dollars. This case shall be subject to dismissal for failure to obey an order of the Court if Plaintiff fails to return the completed certificate of account or pay the 405.00 dollar filing fee by the deadline.
