MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER; IT IS ORDERED that Defendant Lindsey Management Co. lnc.'s first Bill of Costs Doc. 359 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows: deposition costs in the amount of $12, 120.35 and copying costs in t he amount of $425.57 are GRANTED, and all other requests for costs are DENIED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Lindsey's second Bill of Costs Doc. 375 is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART as follows: appellate costs for filing fees and copy ing in the amount of $812.85 are GRANTED, and all other requests for costs are DENIED.
