Plaintiff was given until August 24, 2020, to file a completed application including the certificate of account. On August 18, 2020, Plaintiff filed a second IFP application (ECF No. 5). This application does not contain a certificate of account. An IFP application is not complete unless it is accompanied by a certificate of account. Plaintiff will be given one more chance to file a completed IFP application including a certificate of account. The completed IFP is due by 9/4/2020.
