| Filing 7 TEXT ONLY ORDER granting #5 Motion to Compel. Plaintiff was given clear directions to fill out the blank summons forms and return them to the Clerk's Office for signature. All attorneys who appear before this Court must fill out their own summons forms; the Clerk does not do this for them. As Plaintiff is proceeding pro se, he is expected to conform to the same rules and procedures required of practicing attorneys. In the Motion now before the Court, Plaintiff asks for help in filling out the summons forms and claims that this is a burdensome and time-consuming task. Though the Court disagrees, it will, in this instance only, DIRECT the Clerk of Court to fill out five summonses, using the five names and addresses Plaintiff has listed on Document 6, page 7. The Clerk is further directed to sign and seal the completed summonses and return them to the Plaintiff by mail. Plaintiff is cautioned that, going forward, the Court does not intend to exempt him from the ordinary standards of practice expected of attorneys appearing before the Court.
