Filing 16 ORDER granting Petitioner's First Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. A conditional writ of habeas corpus is issued and the Petitioner shall be released from custody unless he receives a new hearing before an Immigration Judge consistent with this Order within thirty days after entry of this Order, of which a contemporaneous record shall be made. Petitioner shall file a status report with the Court within forty-five days after entry of this Order.
