Filing 12 ORDER conditionally granting 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, filed by Glorismel Centeno-Ortiz. Court denies as moot Govt's request to dismiss the Petition. If Petitioner's current parole is revoked and he's taken back into DHS custody subject to mandatory detention, and provided Govt does not have some other independent statutory basis to detain him, Govt shall provide Petitioner w/ an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge, where Govt will have the burden of establishing that Petitioner should not be released because he is a flight risk or a danger to the community.
