CORRECTED ORDER* entered: On September 16, 2019, appellant filed a motion to vacate, alter and amend the August 20, 2019 order that remains pending with the district court (D.E. No. 31). Pursuant to Fed. R. App. P. 4 (a)(4)(B), the notice of appeal from the March 29, 2019 order does not become effective until the district court disposes of the pending Rule 59 and 60 motion.
