FLETCHER) This court has reviewed the notice of appeal filed September 15, 2022 in the above-referenced district court docket pursuant to the pre-filing review order entered in docket No. 98-80627. Because this court lacks jurisdiction over this appeal, it will not be permitted to proceed. See United States v. No motions for reconsideration, rehearing, clarification, stay of the mandate, or any other submissions will be entertained. The Clerk will transmit the notice of appeal filed on October 17, 2022 (Docket Entry No. [ # 2 ]) to the district court for filing as a notice of appeal from the final judgment entered in the district court on September 23, 2022.
