ORDER that Plaintiff's Motion of Inability to Pay Court Fees and Imminent Danger, ECF No. #6 , is denied for the reasons stated above. That the Prisoner's Motion and Affidavit for Leave to Proceed Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915, ECF No. #5 , is denied. That Plaintiff pay the full $400.00 filing fee within thirty days from the date of this Order if he wishes to pursue his claims in this action. That, if Plaintiff fails to pay the $400.00 filing fee within the time allowed and does not present to the Court additional information that would give cause for reconsideration, the action will be dismissed without further notice. That the Clerk of the Court is directed to correct the spelling of defendants' names on the Docket as set forth in the Motion to Correct Defendants Names, ECF No. #4 . The Motion to Correct, therefore, is granted in that it has been addressed, By Judge Lewis T. Babcock on 12/17/2018. (evana, )
