ZAIDAN et al v. TRUMP et al
Plaintiffs Ahmad Muaffaq Zaidan and Bilal Abdul Kareem are seeking an injunction that would bar defendants Donald J. Trump and other federal executives, departments and agencies from placing plaintiffs on a "Kill List" or "Disposition Matrix," that can result in them being targeted for death. Plaintiffs contend that they have not planned, authorized or committed any terrorist attacks, or harbored or supported terrorists. However, their work as journalists have resulted in algorithms identifying them as persons to be killed based on their travel, communications, social media content, contacts and related metadata.
