January 23, 2019 Opinion or Order MINUTE ORDER denying 119 plaintiffs' motion for telephone conference and clarifying 105 the Court's Order. The parties have notified the Court of their disagreement over the language in the Court's Order dated December 19, 2018. The parties disagree over paragraph 5 which orders the defendants "to bring back into the United States, at no expense to plaintiffs, any plaintiff who has been removed pursuant to an expedited removal order prior to this Order and parole them into the United States, and provide each of them a new credible fear process consistent with the Court's Memorandum Opinion." Notwithstanding the parole language, the Court has not required the defendants to provide a different process than what is mandated by the relevant credible fear statutory provisions. See 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b)(1)(B)(iii)(IV) (stating an alien "shall be detained pending a final determination of credible fear of persecution"). Accordingly, the motion for telephone conference is DENIED.
