As of the date of this Order, the public docket does not reflect that the Plaintiffs have properly served the individual officers, Defendant Douglas Scott Meyer, or Defendant Art of Lounge, LLC. The Court directs the Plaintiffs' attention to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) and Local Civil Rule 5.3. It is hereby ORDERED that, by no later than June 25, 2019, the Plaintiffs must cause process to be served upon each Defendant. The Plaintiff must file proof of perfected service on or before June 27, 2019.
