MINUTE ORDER. On March 31, 2020, this Court held a teleconference with the parties to discuss preliminary matters related to #7 Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. In light of the parties' representations, it is hereby ORDERED that a briefing schedule concerning Plaintiff's motion is set as follows: Defendants shall file any response to Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction on or before April 9, 2020, and Plaintiff shall file any reply thereto on or before April 14, 2020. As discussed during the teleconference, in addition to the addressing the traditional factors that courts in this jurisdiction consider when deciding whether or not to issue preliminary injunctions, the parties shall also address the threshold matter of whether or not this Court has subject-matter jurisdiction to order the particular injunctive relief that Plaintiff requests in his motion in light of the claims that Plaintiff has brought in his complaint, with reference to specific case law. It is FURTHER ORDERED that a hearing on Plaintiff's motion is set for Monday, April 20, 2020 at 2:00 PM in Courtroom 17 before Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.
