MINUTE ORDER denying Plaintiff's #16 Proposed Order for Clerk of Court to Serve Summons and First Amended Complaint on Defendants. Plaintiff remains responsible for service under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(c)(1) ("The plaintiff is responsible for having the summons and complaint served within the time allowed by Rule 4(m) and must furnish the necessary copies to the person who makes service."). The Court directs Plaintiff to Rule 4(i) (service of federal officials and agencies), 4(j) (service of state and local governments), 4(e) (service of other individuals), and 4(h) (service of a corporation).
