Case Assigned to Judge Christopher R. Cooper. (zsb) |
MINUTE ORDER: Earlier today, Plaintiffs filed #2 an Emergency Motion for a Preliminary Injunction and #4 a Motion for an Expedited Decision or Hearing Date. Given the emergency nature of the relief sought, the Court will construe the preliminary injunction motion as requesting a temporary restraining order as well, and direct Plaintiffs to comply forthwith with Local Rule 65.1(a). That rule requires plaintiffs to provide notice of TRO applications and to furnish all moving papers to the adverse party, or to certify that they have made diligent efforts to do so. Plaintiffs shall comply with the rule by September 29, 2021, at 10:00 AM at the latest. Any opposition to the TRO motion shall be due by September 30, 2021 at 12:00 PM. The Court will set a video hearing in the matter for September 30, 2021 at 4:00 pm. Video instructions will be provided separately. Signed by Judge Christopher R. Cooper on 09/28/2021. (lccrc2) |
