MINUTE ORDER. Upon consideration of 2 Plaintiff's request for a fee waiver, Plaintiff has 30 days from the filing date of this order to file a proper motion or application to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP"). See 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)(1) (a party seeking IFP status must "submit[ ] an affidavit that includes a statement of all assets such [person] possesses [and] that the person is unable to pay such fees or give security therefor." Plaintiff's failure to file an IFP motion, or to pay the $402 filing fee applicable to civil actions, within the time allowed may result in dismissal of the case without prejudice. SO ORDERED.
