Filing 6 ORDER re #5 Motion for Time Extension and Inquiry. Plaintiff has shown good cause for the requested extension of time; the motion, therefore, is GRANTED in part in that respect. Plaintiff will have thirty days from the date of this order in which to file an amended complaint and either pay the $400.00 filing fee or submit a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis on the court- approved forms with supporting financial documentation. Failure to comply with this order may result in a recommendation that this case be dismissed. Plaintiff is advised that the court does not have the authority to grant the other relief requested, as the Florida Department of Corrections is not a party to this lawsuit.
