ORDER: Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration [Doc. #13 ] is GRANTED, and the Court's dismissal Order [Doc. #11 ] is VACATED. The Clerk of Court is therefore DIRECTED to reopen this action. All of Plaintiff's claims against the Georgia Department of Public Safety are DISMISSED for failure to state a claim. Plaintiff's ADA claim against Officers Shiver and Schofill similarly is dismissed for failure to state a claim. Because Plaintiff's claims against the Georgia Department of Public Safety have been dismissed and the events giving rise to Plaintiff's claims occurred in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED TO TRANSFER this matter to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia where Plaintiff's remaining claims under 42 U.S.C. 1983 and 1985 will be reviewed and handled.
