ORDER GRANTING Defendants' 56 Motion for Summary Judgment and 57 Motion for Leave to File Excess Pages re the motion for summary judgment. The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter judgment in favor of Defendants on Plaintiffs' claims under the A DA and section 504 for the alleged failure to train the ASP staff. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction pursuant to 28 USC § 1367 over Plaintiffs' remaining state law claims; the remaining state law claims are DISMISSED.
