Filing 10 ORDER: Plaintiff's motion to amend his original complaint [Doc. 4] is DENIED AS MOOT. Plaintiff filed a motion to take judicial notice of certain cases relating to his amended complaint. [Doc. 8.] Plaintiff's motion to take judicial notice [Doc. 8] is GRANTED, but only to the extent that it asks the Court to take notice of the cases cited therein. Plaintiff's motion for leave to file a motion relating to his alien removal order [Doc. 9] is DENIED. Plaintiff's first request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 3] is DENIED because it is incomplete. Because Plaintiff has sufficient funds to pay the $350.00 filing fee and $50.00 administrative fee, his second request for leave to proceed in forma pauperis [Doc. 7] is DENIED. Plaintiff is ORDERED to pay the total filing and administrative fees of $400.00 within THIRTY (30) DAYS from the date of this Order. Plaintiff is REMINDED that this action may be dismissed for failure to (1) comply with this Order or (2) keep this Court advised of Plaintiff's current address at all times while this lawsuit is pending. The Clerk is DIRECTED to RESUBMIT this action to the undersigned upon Plaintiff's compliance with this Order or the expiration of the thirty-day time period. Signed by Magistrate Judge Christopher C.
