ORDER, by docket entry only. On May 19, 2020, Plaintiff Tinika Warren, was placed on a filing restriction by the Honorable Steven D. Grimberg that required a frivolity review by a Judge of this Court prior to allowing any further actions filed by Plaintiff to proceed. On June 18, 2020, Plaintiffs Application to Proceed ifp in this action was submitted to the undersigned for a frivolity review as the acting Duty Judge for the month. The frivolity review determined that Plaintiff's claims were indeed frivolous and her application to proceed ifp denied. Accordingly, as this actions was denied standing to proceed, Plaintiff's #5 Motion to Change Venue and #6 Motion: Former Employee Board Member Abrams and Others Conspired Violating the False Claims Act are DENIED AS MOOT.
