ORDER: The Clerk is DIRECTED to place Plaintiff's letter 4 , under seal and to also file the letter under seal in United States v. Ramirez, No. 1:19-cr- 00076-LMM-CCB-23 (N.D. Ga. filed Feb. 26, 2019), and United States v. Ramirez, No. 1:19-cr-00389-LMM-CCB-2 (N.D. Ga. filed Oct. 1, 2019). In addition, the Clerk is DIRECTED to forward a copy of the letter and this Order to Molly Hiland Parmer, Plaintiff's counsel of record in his pending criminal cases. Plaintiff is CAUTIONED that although the Court is honoring his request to forward his letter to counsel and has sealed the letter, it is not proper for him to communicate with his attorney via the docket, and the Court cannot guarantee the confidentiality of attorney-client communications that have been filed on the docket.
