Plaintiff is ORDERED to show cause why this action should not be DISMISSED for failure to comply with the Court's Order and for failure to prosecute pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) by filing a written response with the Clerk of Court within TWENTY-ONE (21) DAYS of the date of this Order.
