Filing 266 ORDER that Defendants' 261 Motion to Reopen the Case and Defendants' 262 Joint Motion to Reinstate Previous Motions are GRANTED IN PART; the captioned case shall be REOPENED and restored to the active trial docket; ALL MOTIONS that were p ending as of the Court's October 26, 2007 Order and all materials related to said motions are hereby REINSTATED; consequently, Plaintiff's 263 Motion to Reinstate Plaintiff's Motion to Compel and/or Motion for Sanctions is DENIED AS MOOT; the parties shall have SIXTY (60) days from the date of this Order to complete discovery, as limited in the Court's Order of August 24, 2007; Defendants shall have FIFTEEN (15) DAYS from close of discovery to supplement their materials in support of summary judgment; thereafter, Plaintiff shall have FIFTEEN (15) DAYS to supplement his response; any supplemental brief filed regarding the pending motions for summary judgment SHALL BE LIMITED to issues raised by the production of confide ntial peer review material pursuant to "Adkins"; in regards to the reinstated motions, Defendants' 247 Motion to Modify the Protective Order is GRANTED; accordingly, the Court will simultaneously enter Defendants' proposed modified protective order w/ this Order; and, Plaintiff's 246 Motion to Compel and/or Motion for Sanctions is DENIED.
