May 12, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 56 ORDER that, subsequent to the remand of this case by the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals on December 14, 2015 and briefing by the parties, specifically the Court finds that Plaintiffs were citizens of Georgia and South Carolina, while defendant was a citizen of California, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington, and thus determines that diversity jurisdiction existed when this suit commenced.
